CANCELLATION POLICY

GROUP SESSIONS

1. If JHC are notified of known dates of absence (for example, due to holidays), at the time of booking, the session will be deducted from the original fee. If a session is missed due to illness or alternative reasons then an opportunity will be offered to attend another group/academy session.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

1. If JHC are notified of known dates of absence (for example, due to holidays) at the time of making a block booking (of 10 sessions), the missed sessions will be rearranged for mutually convenient day(s)/time(s);


2. If after a booking has been made, an individual session needs to be cancelled and JHC are given more than 24 hours advance notice of the cancellation, JHC will endeavour to fulfil the missed session at a mutually convenient day/time. If this is not possible, a refund will be given for that session;


3. If an individual session is cancelled within 24 hours of it being due to take place, the cost of that session will not be refundable. If it was not paid for in advance, the cost of the session will be payable and should be paid for within 7 days of the scheduled session.

ACADEMY SESSIONS

1. If JHC are notified of known dates of absences (for example, due to holidays) at the time of booking, the session will be deducted from the original fee. If a session is missed due to illness or alternative reasons, then an opportunity will be offered to attend another group/academy session;


2. In the event that JHC need to cancel a session, for example due to the illness of a coach, parents evening or due to adverse weather, JHC will endeavour to fulfil the missed session at a mutually convenient day/time. If this is not possible, a refund will be given, all alternative options will be offered.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Jamie Hewitt Cricket Ltd (JHC) reserves the right to alter/cancel sessions due to adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


By making payment and/or completing the booking form you confirm that you:


  • Have understood and accept the terms and conditions.


  • Agree to us using emergency medical assistance should your child need it


  • Agree to photographs being taken of your child (and used on the website) unless you specify otherwise - no child will be identified


  • We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items


  • We may contact you from time to time with details of future courses


JHC takes your privacy seriously and will only use your information to administer your child's cricketing activity at JHC and in any activity in which he/she participates throughout JHC, and to care for, and supervise, activities in which he/she is involved.


In the event of a medical or child safeguarding issue arising, JHC may disclose certain information to doctors or other medical specialists and/or to police, children's social care, the courts and/or probation officers and, potentially, to legal and other advisers involved in an investigation.
