At JHC all of our coaches are professionally qualified, DBS checked and are members of the ECB Coaches Association.
The JHC coaching team are a team of talented and highly professional coaches who are experienced at coaching cricketers of all ages and abilities.
JHC has coaches with ECB Level II to Level IV coaching qualifications as well as 1st Class County Cricket playing experience, minor county cricket experience and county youth team experience.
We have coaches who are currently leading and assisting in Middlesex Academy training, EPP lead coaches in both boys and girls Middlesex Cricket, Middlesex County Age Group head coaches from 11s-15s, Borough and Regional head coaches and Hertfordshire Development, Area and District coaches.

JAMES HEWITT
Director/Head Coach
James is an ECB Level 4 coach. He is the cricket professional at Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, having played professional cricket for Middlesex and Kent for 10 years.
He played Minor Counties cricket for 10 years for Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
He has over 20 years of coaching experience, and is currently working with the Middlesex County Age Group and Academy squads.
